The student whose data has been completed in the registration form accepts:

I. Contracting the services of Escuela de Lenguas Sevilla la Chica for the course indicated in the registration form.
II. For the price mentioned above according to its characteristics.
III. The corresponding invoice is attached to this document.
IV. Payment method in a single installment (in advance, before the start of the course) in cash, via Bizum, with a card, or by bank transfer, indicating the student’s name and course (submitting a copy of the payment receipt in the contracting form, via email, or at reception). Failure to meet the course fee or any agreed installment entitles Escuela de Lenguas Sevilla la Chica to suspend educational attendance for the debtor student for as long as the payment is outstanding, forfeiting any rights the student may have under this contract during that period.
V. Course materials, certificates, exams: The costs of course materials, textbooks, certificates, and exams are not included in the course fee.
VI. Non-attendance to classes is not an excuse for non-payment of fees, and fees are non-refundable and non-recoverable.

I. If the contract holder does not comply with the most basic rules of coexistence: adequate hygiene, smoking and drinking within the premises, as well as disrespecting teachers, students, and other school staff, thereby interfering with the normal conduct of classes, it will be grounds for termination of this contract. Both parties, in case of disagreement, may, in exercise of their rights, lodge a complaint before the competent courts.

Rights of the students:
a) Initial level test.

b) Face-to-face class with the teacher assigned by the School’s management.
c) Upon completion of the course, a certificate of attendance with the number of hours and level, and/or a diploma from La Escuela de Lenguas, of a non-official private nature, will be issued upon request.

Responsibilities of the students:
a) Complete the didactic tasks assigned by the teacher for the proper progress of their education.
b) Maintain a study and work environment at the School.
c) Pay the full amount in advance before starting classes.
